Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Basement Waterproofing across Palmyra because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Free, no-obligation estimates · Written pricing
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Palmyra area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Palmyra technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Palmyra crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Palmyra crews hear about most.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Palmyra basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Small cracks in a Palmyra foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
No two Palmyra basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.

Book a Pump Check →An interior drain tile system routes water to a sump pump before it reaches your Palmyra basement floor at all.
Talk Drainage Options →Musty smell upstairs with no obvious source? Check the crawl space first — it's usually the culprit.

We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
Every Palmyra quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Palmyra horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
Our crews stage locally near Palmyra, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
We'd rather earn a repeat Palmyra customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Palmyra customers through this process many times.
Word of mouth is still how most Palmyra customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
Every Palmyra technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
