Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your Palmyra property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Background-checked Palmyra technicians · Written pricing
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Every Palmyra technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Palmyra homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Palmyra calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
Odor is often the very first clue Palmyra homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Palmyra customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
No two Palmyra basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Palmyra basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews get it out and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Palmyra tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →A failed sump pump is the top reason for emergency calls across Palmyra after heavy rain — we install pumps sized to your actual water volume, plus battery backup for power outages.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Palmyra homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for Palmyra property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what Palmyra customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
Every Palmyra quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.

You get a real number before any work starts — what you approve is what you're billed.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
If your Palmyra basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Palmyra customers through this process many times.
Our trucks are recognizable around Palmyra — we don't cut corners on jobs our neighbors will see.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
Every Palmyra technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
